“Be Authentic” is the latest addition to my “BE” series. A collection of a wide variety of African squares serves as the background for the blue words “Be Authentic”. A green African print border frames the quilt.
The quilt measures 35x38 inches. I pieced and quilted it on my machine. The appliqué is fused and finished with a blanket stitch in blue metallic thread.
The back of the quilt features African women, a hanging sleeve for easy display and a label that documents the quilt.
This quilt is one-of-a-kind. I signed it on the front.
